Executive workshops
Diseño, adapto y lidero talleres grupales –presenciales y online– para ejecutivos y talentos de todos los sectores empresariales, en inglés, alemán, español o catalán.
Mis talleres son dinámicos y experienciales, con más énfasis en el aprendizaje práctico que en la teoría aburrida. Esto se refuerza con ciclos de feedback 360º, autorreflexión guiada y la implementación inmediata de los aprendizajes (Nivel 5 de Kirkpatrick).
