Mein Name ist Jim Blake. Schön, Dich kennenzulernen!
Seit 25 Jahren coache ich Führungskräfte aus global agierenden Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen und Kulturen. Ich verstehe mich als Dein Sparringspartner. Mein Ziel: Dein volles Führungspotenzial identifizieren und entfalten.

Ich konzipiere und leite Onsite- und Online-Gruppenworkshops für Führungskräfte und Talente aus allen Branchen – auf Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch oder Katalanisch.
Learning-by-doing jenseits Deiner persönlichen Komfortzone steht hier im Fokus, nicht trockener Theorie. Verstärkt wird dies durch wiederholte 360º Feedback-Zyklen, angeleitete Selbstreflexion und die unmittelbare Umsetzung von Learnings in der Berufspraxis (Kirkpatrick Level 5-Anwendbarkeit).
